My past me, present me, and future me have been battling with one another for years now, and the only one it's hurting is present me..... Fantastic thoughts on anxiety. From someone who suffers with it, you hit the nail on the head.....
The battle between our past, present and future selves is exhausting, isn't it?
What helped me was realizing that present me is the only one who can actually do something about it. Thanks for being open about your anxiety, we're all in this together.
Just what I needed. Been anxious all my life about future challenges and uncertainty but I guess I don't have to spoiled anymore present moment for what is simply my imagination game.
This was a powerful read. Thank you for capturing the struggle with such clarity and for reminding us to reclaim the present from imaginary fears.
What a great reminder! And so well said. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing! It's wild how much peace we find when we stop playing that imagination game with our fears.
The present moment is all we really have, so might as well make it count.
Keep catching yourself when those future worries creep in!
Thank you for this post
Amore fatigue is the way forward. "I'm doing this, why? Because it's what's next".
It is true. Why worry tomorrow is not here. Live in the now and just look ahead with interest, but no more.
"Look ahead with interest" - I love that way of putting it!
It's such a healthier approach than worrying about every possible thing that could go wrong.
Simple but powerful shift in perspective!
